Explore the Tamalpa Life Art and ARC Process and discover how mental and physical wellbeing can better help you meet the challenges of recent trends of life.
Brief intro about the method:
Tamalpa Life /Art Process ® is an internationally-recognized expressive arts approach, which combines movement, visual art, and creative writing to access the innate wisdom of the body and the transformative power of the imagination. This work supports personal, interpersonal and social change, teaching new models of health, education, psychology and art.

You will ultimately be prepared to successfully incorporate specific wellness and resilience activities into your personal and work life.
The course is designed to build both team and individual resilience and to help to return to and maintain a state of positive mental/physical wellbeing in your helping work and in your life.
