How can we use social farming as a tool to foster youngsters with fewer opportunities and refugees/youth with migrant backgroung mobility?
YSF project aims at sharing best practices, method, skills, tasks and competences in the field of Social Farming in connection to youth work and social inclusion, with the goal of developing networking activities between youth organizations and organizations active in Social Farming that will benefit the youngsters with migrant background/refugees with whom partner organizations are working.
• to establish a networking and permanent international cooperation between organizations on the topics of Social Farming
• to bring together organisations and workers in the field of Social Farming to develop ideas, proposals and projects for future partnerships
• to share best practices in the area of Social Farming and on how it can be a useful tool in the work towards migrants and refugee youth inclusion
• to share best practices for youth workers who can apply them with yongsters in order to help them developing new skills and increasing their future employability
• to share tools,, methodologies and possible roles of the people involved in Social Farming
• to apply Social Farming methodologies within the youth field with a focus on social inclusion
• to give youth workers the opportunity to meet and experience first-hand new context of working
• to share awareness of and promote the Erasmus+ programme
