Young people and Youth workers thinking together

The project will last 24 months. It will begin on December, 2019 and end on November 30, 2021.

The project consists of sharing the experience and the 4 partners, so that, through the learning of the organization, the training of youth workers in the field of youth and the exchange of good practices, looking for points in common, on the reality of the youth in Europa and Latin America and inside the organizations that work in youth. As a conclusion, we will build a common methodology and non-formal learning tools (activities, workshops, methodologies, etc.) adapted to different cultural contexts.

This methodology will serve to strengthen the capacities of youth organizations in their daily work with youth, regardless of their background, specific group or associative structure, because this project will create flexible tools applicable to any cultural context.

For this purpose, we will develop several axes in the project:
-Youth workers mobilities
-Youth Exchange
-An event with the expected participation of 30 young people.
-Work between partners through videoconferences and virtual meetings.
-Exchange of good practices, methodology and documentation of the entities.
-Elaboration of products. (Handbook, Redux guide, 1000milestones Game, Video, web).
-Diffusion of the results and actions developed.

To achieve the final objectives it was decided to divide the project into 3 different phases.

1)COMPILATION OF TOOLS AND EXCHANGE OF GOOD PRACTICES
2)COMPARISON AND DESIGN OF JOINT METHODOLOGIES AND PRODUCTS.
3)DISSEMINATION AND TRAINING

We are looking for an European entity who is active in the field of Youth working for improve the youth associationism in their communities.
