YOUNG INDIVIDUALS

Foundation Institute of Creating Thinking (Instytut Kreatywnego Myślenia, IKM) from Wroclaw, Poland wants to invite you to be our partner in the project “Young Individuals”.

THE PROJECT:
The project will be a 7 days long training course implemented in summer/autumn 2016 in Lower Silesia, Poland. Each partner sends 3 participants (over 18 and able to communicate in English).

Young Individuals – Training on individual Support of Socially Excluded Youth is a project aimed at development of basic knowledge and tools of individual youth work. We will learn basics of coaching as a method of youth work, discuss practical aspects of work of our organisations and try to identify and describe challenges which can be tackled using this technique.
The project is open to all new as well as established NGOs willing to broaden scope of their working methodology, discuss contemporary challenges in youth work (especially those related to diversity, discrimination and problems of young individuals in the society), and enhance their network of contacts among youth NGOs in Europe.
