Broadcast your values to the European community - collect needed materials, staff other needs for and your action plan – proceed and succeed!Make a difference
A main reason that we are planning to organize this project are recent moments that
rolled over the Europe starting with radicalization of young Europeans and followed by hate attacks that are grounded by xenophobia, discrimination and extremism in general which are on the very high importance around us.
During the project there will be workshops for youth workers who will learn how to deal with the such negative approach and negative situation and where to look for help.
From the other hand today we are the witness of the fast changing and transforming a wide range of audiovisual solutions and a rapid growing impact of social networks. It is really important to stay updated and to be able to keep the NGO Live in the process of building and developing the society.
We plan to organize the project about the importance of involvement of young people and NGOs in the LIVE living of an European Society. Each young person and NGO facing different social negative behavior should raise the initiative: prepare the action plan, proceed and succeed.
During the training course participants will get introduced to basic photography and video techniques; photo and video editing; social networks and mass media refinements and new points of view to treat media as a “human” message.
In this manner through our project we want to fighting against the "hate speech" and raising youngsters awareness about the messages they are sending on various type of media channels.
During the project there will be held a 8 days training course, where participants will be learning using various audiovisual and social media techniques and channels to learn to prevent the "hate speech" phenomena.
The project gather together NGOs that want to increase society's awareness about NGOs organized activities, ERASMUS+ program financed activities and other projects or actions directed to social work and positive impact on society and stimulation of defusing the usage of "hate speech" on social media channels.
Participants will discuss and decide when and what is the optimum time and information to upload onto different social networks, how to approach mass media and get your messages posted; how to make society and participants a live message; how to redirect and use "hate" messages to make them work as social inclusion symbols and how to choose relevant and effective video, photos or infographics to illustrate information they want to pass.
The aim of the project is also to equip youth workers with competences and methods which will help to promote better understanding of the second person and respect among people coming from different areas. Using these competences youth workers can help to prevent the violent radicalization and xenophobia in European society.
Through the project we want also to promote empathic communication that shows how to treat other people without prejudice and with respect for their individuality, needs and feelings.
After the training we plan to conducting mini social campaign in the local environment and the competition for the anti-hate speech and anti-radicalisation slogan.
