The project aims to involve young people in the functioning of the European institutions and legislative process, in order to promote their active participation in democratic life and to encourage debate on the issues that concern them.
During the 7 days period participants will have the opportunity to meet peers from other countries, share ideas and experiences, and personally draft a youth policy.
In fact, the simulation will be about the Education, Youth, Culture and Sport Council of the European Union and will focus on the adoption of a resolution concerning the Commission’s New EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027. Thereby participants will get an in-depth knowledge of the actual European strategy, but they will also have the possibility to propose changes and identify different priorities.
