Project Description
Our institution is implementing a project that aims to strengthen the professional and personal development of staff in correctional settings. The program focuses on:
Mentoring & peer exchange between senior and new staff
Social skills & leadership training
Digital competence development to enhance communication and collaboration
Since 28% of our staff work directly with young inmates aged 18–30, the project particularly contributes to improving the competences of professionals working with young people, supporting their reintegration into society.
Objectives
Strengthen mentoring and peer learning among staff
Improve digital skills and use of technology in communication
Enhance staff’s social and leadership competences
Support professionals working with young people (18–30)
Activities
Mentoring sessions between senior and junior staff
Peer-to-peer exchange workshops

Looking for Partners
We are looking for partners experienced in youth work, adult education, rehabilitation, digital competences, and mentoring methodologies.
