the targets are Neet,young persons, between 15 and 29 years, who is no longer in the education system and who are not working or being trained for work. They have also social problems becouse they arrived from periphery. The second target of the project are the educators. For the project are necessary these actios: - professional orientation - training: agribusiness,web, graphics and craft paper - educators update - transnational youth initiatives and for the staff -promote the inclusion and employability of young people with fewer opportunities - promote intercultural dialogue - increase the professionalism of educators - promote the training of young neet - actions that facilitate the recognition of qualifications and skills acquired
