Work mentoring programme for young people with disabilities

We want to submit an ERASMUS+ project for the October call.

Our idea is to develop a work mentoring programme for the inclusion of young people with disabilities in the labour market and ease the school-to-work transition for this group.

We are interested in finding partner organizations that are VET providers or working in the field of disabilities.
