Work it out!

“Work it out!” is a youth exchange involving 30 young people aged between 18 and 25, plus 5 group leaders coming from 6 EU countries. The exchange will take place in Caserta in September 2013. The project is aimed to explore young people’s opportunities and problems in the European labour market starting from the difficult economic situation in EU. We will analyse the phenomena of growing youth unemployment in EU countries starting from points of view and direct experience of the young participants. Moreover the analysis of this process will be developed with a direct involvement of the local communities in the activities of the project. The main target of the project will be young NEET people and in particular young people recently graduated, that who lose their job, that whoa trying to start up an enterprise.
“Work it out!” activity program is based on the cycle “identifying a gol -> acting on it –> learning from successes and failures –> changing accordingly”: participants will analyse the main themes, they will actively elaborate the topics during workshops, debates, meeting, role plays, and then thay will evaluate the whole project.
During the exchange we will realize the first edition of a magazine elaborating the information collected during preparation and exchange activities . This magazine will be distributed in a public event during the last days of the exchange.
