Women Empowered

Objective:
The main objective of the project is to prevent social exclusion and promote gender equality by increasing women's participation in education and labor market. The project aims to analyze the cultural and structural factors hindering women's participation in social life in Turkey, Greece and Romania and to develop strategies to overcome these obstacles. The project aims to increase the level of knowledge of young people and civil society organizations on the integration of women into economic and social life and to enable them to become active supporters in this process. The main objectives of the project are to raise awareness on education and employment policies, transform social perceptions and facilitate women's access to career opportunities. In the long term, the project aims to promote economic development and social inclusion by contributing to a stronger position of women in social life.

Seminars: Sessions on policies and practices to increase women's participation in education and labor market.
Mentoring Program: Encouraging young people to take a supportive role in the integration of women into the business world.
Online Experience Sharing: Disseminating stories of women's participation in education and employment.
Social Awareness Workshop: Interactive workshops on gender perceptions and barriers.
Podcast Series: Awareness-raising content on women's education and career journeys.
Local Community Meetings: Organizing awareness raising events with local NGOs and communities for women's empowerment.
