The gender gap and the gender inequality are important phenomena in our society. We can see them and experience them in our every day life. Boys and girls are socialised and educated in different ways and that's especially clear when we talk about social and personal skills.

The purpose of this project is to focus on non-formal learning tools as a mean to implement methodologies that allows to reduce the gender gap.

When we talk about self-esteem, self-efficiency, empathy, assertive communication, negotiation and so on, we should use a gender perspective in an effort to achieve a more conscious way to build our interpersonal and interpersonal relationships.

We are used to follow social scripts and they are often representing the gender imbalance. We need to grow the awareness of this situation in order to build a more balanced society.
We hope that the development of this TC (training course) will allow youth workers and trainers to learn new tools and how to apply them on the social and personal skills' field, at the same time we want to pay attention to the gender perspective as the guiding thread of the learning process.

Objectives:
- Teaching and sharing tools and methodologies to be implemented in group processes.
- Raising awareness of the social, cultural and educational value of the gender imbalance.
- Stimulating analysis of the gender perspective in application of the social and personal skills training.
- Making spaces more gender balanced as safer spaces for a learning process.

Main activities:
In order to reach the objectives of the project, the following activities will be carried out:

• Activities to develop tools and methodologies.
• Discussion group and role-playing simulations to test those tools and methods.
• Exchanges between different working groups.
• Theatre and body techniques.
