Wild skills, strong minds 2.0

Empowering youth workers with outdoor skills and nature-based learning to strengthen teamwork, resilience and mental wellbeing.

Through this training, we aim to:
1. Equip youth workers with essential outdoor skills that they can apply in youth activities (e.g., fire-making, navigation, outdoor cooking, basic first aid, backpack management and more).
2. Challenge youth workers to design and facilitate outdoor activities and games.
3. Promote teamwork and communication by using nature as a setting for group dynamics and leadership development.
4. Increase awareness of outdoor education as a tool for inclusion, resilience and personal development.
5. Strengthen mental well-being by exploring how nature can help balance stress, improve focus, and enhance group cohesion.
