Why don't you dare to dream

With this project, we plan to focus on the motivating and empowering the youngsters to take an active part in the decisions about the global issues we have or their personal lives. The youth often have low self-esteem, low self-confidence, lots of prejudices, stereotypes, fear to enter into the adult's world.
We aim to put the emphasis of most activities on building confidence and increasing self-esteem,
encompassing teamworking, dealing with conflict and difficult people, perception management,
motivation, giving feedback, communication skills. The emphasis is on self-awareness, exploring own behaviour, values goals and beliefs and using this knowledge.
