WELL-YOUTH – Well-being and Emotional Literacy in Youth Work Environments KA220

WELL-YOUTH – Well-being and Emotional Literacy in Youth Work Environments

Applicant / Project designer: Cumhuriyet Teknokent (Türkiye)

Cumhuriyet Teknokent has designed this Erasmus+ KA220-YOU Cooperation Partnership and is now building the partnership. We are looking for one coordinating organisation and four partner organisations to deliver the project together.

We are specifically looking for a COORDINATOR. As a Turkish organisation, we need an experienced organisation based in an EU Member State or a Programme Country to take on the coordinator role and submit the application. Possible coordinator countries: Germany, Liechtenstein, Norway, Netherlands, Belgium, North Macedonia, Malta, or Slovakia. Organisations from these countries that are interested in coordinating are especially encouraged to contact us; partners from other Programme Countries are also very welcome.

The project responds directly to the Erasmus+ priority on mental health and well-being, while strongly contributing to the horizontal priorities of inclusion and diversity, digital transformation, and participation and civic engagement. Many young people – especially those with fewer opportunities – face psychosocial pressures that remain largely invisible and unsupported in youth work settings, while youth workers themselves are rarely equipped to provide first-line psychosocial support and are exposed to burnout.

WELL-YOUTH aims to transform youth work environments into safe, inclusive and supportive spaces through a whole-organisation, trauma-informed and preventive approach. Planned results include a comparative needs analysis, a whole-organisation well-being framework, a two-module capacity-building programme for youth workers, a non-formal social-emotional resilience toolkit for young people, a multilingual privacy-by-design digital well-being tool, and an institutional self-assessment framework. All outputs will be published as multilingual OER on the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform.

We are looking for organisations that:

Are active in the youth field and work directly with young people, especially those with fewer opportunities
Have experience or interest in well-being, psychosocial support, non-formal learning, or digital youth work
Are motivated to co-design activities, host piloting, and contribute to dissemination
(For the coordinator role) have prior experience managing or coordinating KA2 / Cooperation Partnership projects

If you are interested — as a coordinator or as a partner — please contact us with a short presentation of your organisation (OID/PIC if available) and tell us which role you are interested in.
