WECYCLING

We are inviting you to take part in youth exchange project. Name of project is "Wecycling" . It will be implemented from 1st until 10th September. Our aim is to involve young people into recycling materials in creative way by teaching them how to make clothes and bags out of the waste material in purpose of taking care of environment. Project will be implemented in Karsiyaka is the town of Izmir which is located at the west of Turkey.

In the project we use non-formal education methods: workshops, brainstorming and discussions, ice-breaking games, simulations and role plays, presentations, challenges and a lot more. In addition we will use few more traditional methods like visits and round tables. The whole activity is perceived as a mutual exchange of learning situation based on participants’ experiences and opinions. Active participation, group and team work & learning by doing will form the methodological foundation of the exchange. Our aim is that participants can gain knowledge, skills and experience through learning by doing.
