We, Entrepreneurs

If you are interested to be part of this project you must to send us signed mandate with your PIF. Please describe your experience in field of entrepreneurship in your PIF.

Many youths who are interested in doing business, have good and innovative ideas and enthusiasm to accomplish it but they lack of business knowledge and are scared of entrepreneurships. Sounds familiar, isn’t it? The worst thing is that this is a common opinion among youngsters all over the Europe.
Entrepreneurship is often mystified with heavy economic terms, processes and complicated bureaucracy while in the end it is an activity of responsibly doing what you love with some useful economic tools!
That’s why we want to make project about entrepreneurship that will change youngsters opinion about entrepreneurship and inspire youth all over the Europe to take an action, get the know how in theory and in practice and turn their ideas and dreams into reality.
Objectives of the project are:
1) To share working tools necessary to implement participants business ideas into action, also discussing the various barriers in front of the youth.
2) To develop participants’ competences; sense of initiative and entrepreneurship, self-empowerment and self-esteem through project management and peer-learning in youth exchange
3) To change the attitude of young people towards entrepreneurship from passive to active and raise their level of self-confidence so participants can experience entrepreneurship process as something fun and feasible
4) To improve participant’s intercultural awareness and expression through discovery of new traditions, lifestyles, cultures and habits

Mobility will be held during 10 days in Lithuania. It will include number of workshops, simulations, presentations about creating and implementing business plan, marketing strategy, setting partnership, PR, etc. Each partner organization should send 9 participants + 1 group leader (in total – 10 people from each partner organization). Costs are covered according to Erasmus plus manual.
The expected background of participants:
● from 18 to 26 years old;
● recently finished high school and/or university/ currently unemployed;
● with non or little entrepreneurship experience;
● able to communicate on English language at the sufficient level;
● ready to participate in all activities;
● wishing to contribute with their knowledge, experiences and good practices to local community;
● motivated to develop their ideas, projects or organisations but don’t understand the process of entrepreneurship.

We welcome participants with fewer opportunities with economic, geographical and social obstacles, educational difficulties.
Setting up agreement with partners
For making this partnership legal all partner organisations will sign mandate letters which obliged partners to follow and complete their duties. Host organisation will:

● update and inform partners and participants about the project;
● guide communication with the partner organisation and the National Agency;
● manage administration issues (contracting procedure, finance and final reporting);
● implement dissemination and exploitation of results of the project;
● provide a team of qualified and experienced staff, supported by organization members to guide the activity and organise food, accommodation and venues of the activity;
● ensure visibility of the Erasmus+ grant, program and logo.

Partner organisations are in charge of:
● finding participants according to prearranged procedure and cooperating in the selection of participants;
● organizing travel and insurances of the participants;
● supporting preparation and follow-up activities, evaluation, dissemination and exploitation of results (preparation and help in making documentation and reporting) of the project and ensure visibility of the implemented activity.
