: We are together! is a cooperation partnership project which aims to create
an educational space and foster inclusion of minorities in the labor market. We will create a and
online and offline platform dedicated for minority communities where we will centralize from
educational to job openings opportunities for adults. We will create a network where the main
drivers will be the actual members of the minorities in the sense that they will be able to support
their community in various ways(ex: an entrepreneur can hire talents from minorities to support
inclusion ).

Activity Plan: Activities in each country who can be partner between 01/11/2023 to 31/10/2025

We are searching for organizations who are representing minorities to partner up in order to
build a coherent and successful platform that will help adult individuals to overcome certain
social and professional barriers.
Our project objectives are:
O1: Creating an offline center where individuals from minority communities can meet and act.
O2: Developing an online platform where minorities will have tools to support the growth of
the minority communities.
O3: Develop an educational programme that will help adults to be included in the labor market.

Project duration: The entire project will last 3 years from 01/11/2023 - 31/10/2025.
