We are the World

The youngsters will take part to the events organized by municipality of Molfetta and InCo such as: games, guided tour, debates, seminars, leisure activities, etc... Each group of youngsters will be in charge of presenting their own activity for integrating the other cultures and being more tolerant with other nationalities. All the activities will be finally presented in the final event at the local community in the public area.

Objectives
- To promote the informal process of European integration among the groups of youngsters and also in a remote community of Southern Italy through the cooperation between different societies.
- To develop new non-formal and intercultural competences
- To fight against discrimination, violence, racism and homophobia
- To support gender equality
- To promote collaboration and multiculturalism between national minorities and local society
- To show youngsters the positive effects of integrative and multicultural society
- Leave participants positive memories about the tolerant attitude to immigrants and national diversity

Profile of participants:
- Age: 18-25 years old
- To represent one of the National minorities of your country
- Have a good conduct in English
- Be highly motivated to participate and contribute to the event and to implementation of its results.
- Be able to attend the entire youth exchange
- At least 2 participant with fewer opportunities
