The project supports young people with fewer opportunities, particularly those facing social, economic, and cultural obstacles, such as youth from disadvantaged families, migrant or minority backgrounds, and those with limited access to education or employment. Through international cooperation and non-formal learning activities, the project will provide them with equal opportunities to develop key competencies, strengthen their self-confidence, and actively participate in society. To ensure inclusion, the partnership will provide tailored support such as mentorship, peer-to-peer guidance, language and intercultural training, and flexible learning methods. Financial support will help overcome economic barriers, while additional facilitation and youth worker training will ensure that participants with different needs feel fully supported and included.
