We are looking for a partner organization from Germany for a DPJW project

We are looking for new partner organisations (not schools) from Germany - we want to apply with you to DPJW (Deutsch-Polnisches Jugendwerk) at the beginning of 2014.
Here is our project idea:
- it is a youth exchange project promoting volunteerism as an interesting form of youth cooperation on the international level connected with handicraft workshops. Planned activities aim at showing the benefits of social work for both the volunteer and his surrounding. Among other things the youth will visit sick children in Warsaw hospice and will have handicraft workshop with old people at Senior Citizens House. Sightseeing of Warsaw and its historical places is a part of the exchange. They also plan to see "Invisible exhibition" which is a unique interactive journey into the invisible world, where you can try out, how to cope in everyday situations without the help of sight – only by the sense of hearing, smell, balance… Exercise your senses! And many other things like integrating games and plays, language animations etc. Different non-formal education tools and methods will be used. There is still time for the two groups of youth to cooperate on creating the project together - we will apply to Deutsch-Polnisches Jugendwerk for co-financing in April 2014. The exchange will take place in August 2014 (or later?). Youth of fewer possibilities is welcome to this project:-) We want to employ a language facilitator (interpreter) with German language.
The project contains also integration activities and national evening because we want to overcome stereotypes and make new friends.
