Walking on petals

Walking on Petals is a youth exchange set in rural Sicily, where art, tradition and community come together through La Infiorata, a vibrant Corpus Domini festival. Young people from across Europe will co-create flower-petal artworks, reconnect with cultural roots, and explore how rural traditions, seasonal cycles and identity are deeply intertwined.
Through creative workshops, intercultural exchange and active involvement in the festival, participants will experience community life first-hand, strengthen active citizenship, and bring new energy to a tradition at risk of disappearing—while building meaningful connections across cultures.
We are looking for committed partner organisations willing to actively contribute to the project development.
