Develop innovative tools on leadership.This learning process includes artisanal workshops,forum theater,artistic and corporal expression.

The purpose of this training is to empower youth leaders and young workers with the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to effectively lead Erasmus+projects through Europe.The participants will be hosted in a peaceful atmosphere , in a hamlet in the south of France near a river , hills and the history of the medieval buildings.
The programme includes:
Reconnecting with the self
Identifying talents and capacities
Teamwork
Debates
Body movement
NVC
Space for developing new resources
Taking part in this course is an opportunity to help develop the potential use of learning outcomes and discover your leader inside.
