Volunteers of Today, Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow

Dear friends,

“Involve as volunteer! Act innovative and creative! Have the initiative to be a successful entrepreneur!” This will be the motto under which EuroDEMOS NGO will organize the European Training Volunteers of Today, Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow.
We are searching partners from all Europe (from European Union and from neighbor countries) to implement this project and to share good practice models in this field.

EuroDEMOS is a Civic Attitudes Association, specialized in the last 22 years of voluntary activity in forming opinion leaders by developing civic programmes at mass level and on target groups, of defending human rights, democratic values, European and sustainable development principles.

The TC Volunteers of Today, Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow will approach as main themes volunteering, innovation and entrepreneurship and will approach subjects such as:
- Practicing volunteering
- Competences and their recognition at European level
- Developing the vocational domain
- Involvement in entrepreneurship
- The importance of innovation and creativity for development
- Social Responsibility

Within the TC will be used non-formal methods and will include inputs, workshops, practical exercises, role play, debates, brain writing, practical activities, self assessment, intercultural evening and visits to the important monuments of the city and around.
The Training Course Volunteers of Today, Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow will be held in Iasi, Romania, on 15 May – 24 May 2013.

Volunteers of Today, Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow is addressing to youth leaders, youth workers and active youth which are interested to develop their knowledge’s regarding the topics of the training. Also for the participants it is requested a medium level of English (spoken/written), because it will be the working language of the TC and the possibility to disseminate the results of the TC to others youngsters.

The training will be prepared and conducted by a qualified and professional team of trainers and facilitators and the participants will receive Youthpass certificates which describe and validate the learning experience acquired during the training.

TRAVEL, BOARD AND LODGING
Travel:
The travel cost will be repaid up to 70% of the travel costs. Only the participants who attend the entire seminar can be reimbursed.
Accommodation:
Board and lodging will be provided and paid by EuroDEMOS.
