ESC long-term project for at least 8 volunteers. The Volunteers will receive training and opportunities for preventive and inclusion work for a 10-month stay.

The Foundation “Prevention for Health” is an accredited hosting organization for volunteers situated in south-western Bulgaria - Blagoevgrad.
We have expertise and experience in prevention, social inclusion, psychological and physical therapy support for people in need. We are developing a model for support of people with postCOVID psychological or physical difficulties. WE are looking for 8 volunteers from different European countries, to come stay in our Beautiful country and do voluntary work for support people with postCOVID symptoms. Many people are facing psychological and physical difficulties after COVID epidemy. Social isolation, depression, physical weakness, fears, and illness are just part of the symptoms that many people (including youngsters) face and they need support through preventive and inclusion activities. This is very common especially for people from small cities and rural areas. The volunteers will be trained on how to give this preventive support, and after that, they will work for the support of young people with postCOVID symptoms. Consultancy work, workshops, art activities, outdoor activities will be part of the methods that volunteers will use during their volunteering period. They will travel inside the country visiting rural areas, will get more about Bulgarian culture, and will learn the Bulgarian language.
