VOLUNTEERING – A PATHWAY TO EMPLOYMENT
The idea of the project is to explore volunteering as useful career development tool as well as to increase the capacity of volunteery organizations.
The main activities in the project are 2 motilities of youth workers and 1 youth exchange:
1.Contact Making Event “Volunteering Does Make a Difference” (4 days in October, 2016, Plovdiv (Bulgaria)
2. Training Course “Volunteer management and recognition” (7 days in May , 2017, Sofia (Bulgaria)
3.Youth exchange “Volunteering – Success in Progress” (7 days in September, 2017, location is pending)
