Voices of Youth - youth exchange KA152

Youth exchange KA152 where participants will learn how to create podcasts on intercultural dialogue and youth development. The program will include training in communication, journalism skills, argumentation, and expressing one’s opinion in a constructive way. Young people will work in international teams to produce family-friendly podcast episodes on challenging and sometimes controversial topics, exploring different formats and creative approaches. The project will also strengthen digital competences, democratic participation, and teamwork, while leaving a concrete outcome: a series of youth-made podcasts.

Project goals:
- Foster digital and media literacy among young people, by equipping participants with hands-on skills in podcast production, audio editing, and creative use of digital tools, contributing to their employability and active participation in the digital society. Strengthen communication, journalism, and critical thinking competences
- Promote intercultural dialogue and European values through non-formal learning methods that support constructive dialogue, effective argumentation, and respectful expression of diverse viewpoints.
- Enhance creativity, collaboration, and teamwork by enabling young people to co-create innovative podcast formats in international groups, strengthening their sense of initiative and ability to work across borders.
- Ensure sustainable and visible project outcomes through the creation of a series of family-friendly podcasts produced by young people, which will serve as long-lasting tools for youth empowerment, intercultural learning, and dissemination of project results.
