Harvest is a project to realize artisan tasks of the collection of the grape and its transformation in diverse materials, all done manually.

With this project we want to make known to countries and organizations the task of collecting the grapes, their transport and their accumulation in an old wine press, their treading to transform the grapes into wine, must or tea.
The important thing about this whole process is that it will be done in a manual way. All handicrafts, with monitors of the town, elderly people who teach us to perform this task, with animals that help us to carry the grapes, like donkeys and horses, and the process of treading ourselves, to see how the juice leaves the grape.
With all this we want to give value to an artisan process that lasted for thousands of years in our society, giving rise to a culture, the wine and grape that is spread throughout the world.
