PARTNERSHIP SOUGHT:
Guided by these aspirations we are looking to build partnerships with countries with high Global Indicative Expansion Ratios (ERIs) such as Finland, Iceland, Sweden, Denmark, Slovenia and others with lower margins.
We target NGOs, companies, public institutions, social enterprises and more. organizations dealing with challenges for positive impact among young people and their communities in the field of:
- Ecology, bio-balance, biodiversity;
- Eco production of household products, cosmetics, household / farmers, horticulture, livestock breeders, beekeepers and more.
- combating climate change;
- youth - youth employment, inclusion, integration, civic engagement;
- volunteering;
- formal education and training;
- non-formal learning and leisure;
- sports and outdoor activities;
- preservation of cultural identity, traditions, customs, crafts, lifestyle;
- health and well-being;
- recognizing and promoting European values, justice, tolerance, understanding, dialogue, equality and other opposites to racism, discrimination, hatred, xenophobia, radicalism;

MORE ABOUT THE PROJECT AND ITS PURPOSE:
The implementation of the project aims at positive social impact and provoking socio change in terms of topics and areas of concern related to current environmental issues, engaging the average person in the fight to reduce the effects of climate change, stimulating culture and awareness, and provoking adequate civic and youth activism and inclusion; developing and promoting specific recycling skills and competences, limiting consumer behavior and replacing chemical products with equivalent natural gifts.

PROJECT ACTIVITIES:
Preparatory meeting with one representatives in management positions or those responsible or contact persons for the implementation of the project by each partner and / or stream leader.
The meeting will be held in Bulgaria or in a country with high EPI within two days (without days for trip). Indicative implementation month: beginning of June 2020.
The purpose of the preparatory meeting is to present and discuss the project details, promotion, selection, preparation of participants and, if necessary, adapt the work program and allocate those responsible for modules in it so as to guarantee the quality of mobility and non-formal learning processes. It provides an exceptional opportunity for developing networking and long-term partnerships, personal contact with youth workers and / or those in authority, leaders, leaders.
PREPARATORY ACTIVITIES:
Two to one month before the youth mobility related to the preparation for the trip, as well as language training. Individual and group work is also planned to develop a plan and presentation materials regarding culture, country - location, climate, policies, folk music, songs, dances, fun, culture, traditions, customs, crafts; environmental policies and practices and mitigation of the effects of climate change, eco and organic lifestyles and consumption.
YOUTH MOBILITY:
Duration: 14-day program with two days for travel, September 2020
Venue: Zora Hotel, Velingrad, Bulgaria.
Participants: A total of 42 participants. 7 participants (6 youths and 1 leader) from each of the 6 sending organizations / countries.
Methods and forms of activity used: non-formal learning methods - cultural exchange, presentation of traditions, customs, crafts; sharing experiences, good practices and ideas on project topics and issues; activities for the formation of specific skills and competences for recycling glass, paper, plastic, metal, clothing, food and food, waste, etc .; presentation of partner organizations - activities, mission, goals, objectives, best practices and projects related to the topics of this project; collaborative activity with local children, young people, adults; visiting a museum; sight of tourist / cultural / natural landmark, national treasure; outdoor activities, workshops, group work, pair work, individual tasks, networking and friendships; developing a challenge game.
FOLLOW-UP ACTIVITIES:
- to play and promote a challenge game related to the project topics with the involvement of children, young people and adults in the youth community, etc. , stakeholder representative, governing institutions and sending organization;
- to spend and share experiences, practices, ideas, traditions, crafts and more. Presented during the project among peers and significant others.

PARTICIPANT PROFILE:
Participants in the project will be a total of 42 young people from the 6 partner countries - 7 participants from a partner organization (6 youth + 1 group leader / leader).
Looking for youth with the following profile:
- young people from partner countries, between the ages of 17 and 30, who have at least a basic level of English and fall into one of two groups:
1) young people with an interest and experience in ecology, environment and climate change; health and well-being; involvement and youth activity; in traditions and customs, cultural diversity and personal development, realization, initiative and activity;
2) young people with an interest in the project topics, but without extensive experience in this field, with fewer opportunities than their peers, disadvantaged and at risk, migrants and refugees.
Leaders are sought to have specific skills, competencies, motivation to take an active role in the overall process of preparation, implementation, support for young people, teamwork and networking and the follow-up of mobility and project.

SELECTION OF PARTICIPANTS:
The recruitment and selection of participants will be implemented by the sending organizations. They should meet the criteria of the profile sought and motivate their willingness to participate, as well as declare their readiness to fulfill and commit themselves to the preparatory and follow-up activities of the project and active participation in youth exchange.

CERTIFICATES AND RECOGNITION OF THE LESSONS LEARNED:
Each and every participant of the world-renowned Youthpass Certificates will be prepared and provided.
