Urgent: Coordinator & Partners Wanted for KA220-ADU

A KA220-ADU project focused on upskilling adult women and educators to break the glass ceiling in the construction industry.

We are finalizing a high-quality KA220-ADU consortium for the March 2026 deadline and are urgently seeking an experienced Coordinator (Applicant) and 4 additional partners (including one University).

Project Title: Women in Construction: Equity & Diversity (WIC-ED) Duration: 24 Months Budget: €400,000

Project Overview:
The construction industry faces a massive gender gap. WIC-ED tackles this not just as an employment issue, but as a social inclusion challenge. We aim to support adult women (unemployed, career changers, and returners) to enter this high-demand sector through non-formal learning.

Current Consortium:
We have a strong technical and operational base with partners from:
Ireland
Germany
Turkey

We need 4 additional partners to complete the team, specifically:

1. COORDINATOR (Applicant Organization): We need an experienced organization to lead the application and management.

2. University (HEI): A higher education institution is required to oversee research and pedagogical frameworks.

3. Adult Education Centers / NGOs: Organizations focused on women’s rights, lifelong learning, or social inclusion.

Priorities:

-We prioritize organizations open to mutual partnership opportunities (reciprocal participation in future projects).
