URGENT! Conquer your anger İf you are man

During the month of March with flexible dates, we are looking to hold the following project in Mersin, Turkey. We want to perform on March 11 between 6 and 8 March, International Women's Day for raising more awareness for women abuse. The total amount of participants we are looking to have is 36, all from the ages of 18 – 30 and from at least 6 different countries and our goal is to raise awareness about the violence against women, to show the effects of how much violence has on both children and women. In hopes of reducing violence against women, we hope to spread out more information about the consequences of abusing women, a way to in which women can have a normal life, and to gain more attention on the subject of women abuse because it is still a huge topic and debate that has been swept under the carpet.

Our group has decided to create a project with a conference and seminar about combating violence against women, in which we find to have many flaws. For example, the “act of love” is being pictured in a form of abuse and is portrayed as something ordinary then it really is. This is a way to show that women too also have rights. If we could implement our projects and activities we do with our leaders through seminars create a better awareness of violence against women intend to prevent it.

The main objectives of our project:

6) Ensuring that participants communicate with one another

The 36 participants that will be selected for this project will be those who will be willing and is against violence against women. These participants will be selected from 6 different countries, in which, we hope that we will be able to fight against violence and not be silent when a situation arises. We plan on taking photos and videos and posting them to our website to show how the project has affected the participants and show if it was a success or not. We choose to have the project taking place in Mersin, in which we hope the use the radio stations to help give off more information and results from our project in the area. So that everyone in the area will know this type of project has taken place. We believe with both the project taking place and spreading more word about this throughout Turkey is also bringing more attention and awareness to our cause. We hope that this project will positively affect people and to change the minds of the participants if they believed that women abuse is okay and not a problem at all so that they too, will fight for it and show how important humanity is.
