Upskilling and Orientation paths - Small-scale partnership project in Adult education

This is a last minute call for partners for a small scale partnership project in the field of Adult Education.

Goals:

Specific objectives:

-Create upskilling paths for lower educated people and with low levels of skills to encourage them to train and increase their skills.

-Affirm a model for the training of adults on their basic skills in combination with listening, orientation and motivation paths for training, personal and professional growth and active participation in society.

-General Objective:
to achieve a cultural change in which people take responsibility and assume a generative mentality.

Activities:

>Skills workshops: workshops for the training of adults on soft skills and digital competences.

>Social orientation desk: multidisciplinary team that exercises listening and guidance activities:

-Assessment of skills and social skills (soft skills for
entering the job market)
-Counseling and accompaniment courses for self-
entrepreneurship (the system of incentives and hard
skills)
-Pathways of socio-health orientation
-Socio-educational orientation paths

Results:

-Increase basic skills such as soft skills and digital skills among the beneficiaries of the project.

-Increased awareness of one's personal resources and greater clarity on one's life chances in the training and professional sphere.

-Facilitating the continuation of studies and / or integration into the working world among the beneficiaries.
