Upskilling Adult Educators

Our experience backed-up by an internal research shows that adult educators in most of the cases do not have any formal training helping them with delivering adult education to their clients in the most professional and methodologically profound way. They are often experts in their field but lack pedagogical background, basics of psychology and in many cases also management skills. That is why we believe it is important to prepare a training course for adult educators that will help them to acquire specific skills needed for this target group. The project will focus on researching the needed skills, profiling the curriculum and methodology, producing the course materials, organising training, preparing online learning platform and organising multiplier events for better outreach of the project results. It is expected to last for 36 months and to involve 5 to 6 partners.
