UPCYCLE- RECYCLE

While the recycling system and ideology is very common in Germany, in Greece there is still a lack of knowledge and education on this field. From the other side, there are many “green” initiatives taken from Greek young people. During this youth exchange, young people will have the chance to explore how we can easily recycle and upcycle and why its important to put it as a priority.
On the last days of the exchange the greek-german group will design and implement a local activity – to clean a popular beach of the island and raise awareness about environment protection at the tourists and local people.
