Our project will focus on the mental health, well-being, digital detox, and resilience of young people in the heart of nature.
Across Europe, young people are increasingly facing stress, academic and social pressure, digital overload, and burnout. This youth exchange will bring together 30 young people in a nature-based environment with minimal screen use, encouraging them to openly discuss mental health, challenge the stigma surrounding it, and develop practical tools to improve their well-being.
Using non-formal education methods, participants will take part in:
Digital detox activities
Nature reconnection experiences
Peer support workshops
Creative expression activities
Intercultural learning sessions
Through these activities, participants will gain practical coping strategies they can apply in their daily lives and develop their own Personal Well-being Action Plan.
Main Objectives
Raise awareness about youth mental health and reduce stigma.
Explore the relationship between digital habits, nature, and well-being.
Equip participants with practical resilience and peer-support skills.

Recognise learning outcomes through the Youthpass Certificate.
