A youth exchange promoting digital wellbeing, outdoor learning and authentic human connections through non-formal education.
Young people today are more connected than ever through technology, yet many report feeling increasingly isolated, distracted, and overwhelmed. Smartphones and social media have become valuable tools for communication and learning, but excessive screen time often affects mental wellbeing, sleep quality, concentration, physical activity, and face-to-face relationships.
Objectives:
-- raise awareness of the impact of excessive digital consumption on wellbeing, relationships, and everyday life;
-- encourage participants to reflect on their own digital habits and identify opportunities for healthier balance;
-- promote face-to-face communication, empathy, and meaningful social connections;
-- reconnect young people with nature through outdoor learning and experiential activities.
