Unlocking Minds – Transformative Education for At-Risk Youth

Unlocking Minds is a transformative programme focused on education, rehabilitation, and reskilling of youth and adults affected by exclusion, trauma, or justice-system involvement. Drawing from over 20 years of real-world work in UK prisons, alternative provision, and youth services, it uses a holistic framework integrating:

Trauma-informed care
Strengths-based mentoring
AI-supported diagnostics
Real-world vocational learning
Behaviour change coaching
Peer mentoring systems

Now expanding across Sweden and the EU, Unlocking Minds is seeking partners for Erasmus+ KA210, KA220, and KA3 to co-design pilot projects focused on:

Youth in conflict with the law
NEET youth
Educational disengagement
Early prevention through schools and communities

We’re interested in collaboration for capacity building, co-design sprints, and applied digital innovation.
