Universale 2000 is looking for partners

Universale 2000 was created in Vetralla (IT) in 1990. It was created thanks to a group of young people who shared a vision which was to create job opportunities in the local area even and especially for people with fewer opportunities that are struggling in entering labour market. Initially it was named L’Universale, then modified in L’Universale 2000 in 1997. Its mission is to provide and manage educational and social services, providing support in particular for: elderly people, people with disability, underage people and families that are facing hard times. The aim is to provide them with safeguard, help and care in every circumstance. Another aim of l’universale 2000 is providing young people with educational services regarding the teaching aspect. Universale 2000 is also organizing training courses, seminars, debates in several fields like: tourism, culture, sport and social services. Universale 2000 has always worked guided by main values such as collaboration and solidarity. it has created a strong network of partnerships with many organizations and Institutions which work in the fields mentioned above, among them in particular: schools, local institutions and volunteering associations.
The idea for the project is to have a 5 days mobility to Italy ( Viterbo) to train with non-formal teaching activities young people (age range 18-24) in some soft skills (which generally are not part of the curriculum in universities) because students often say they have theoretical skills but when it comes to soft skills they feel they do not have acquired them (and some of them are indispensable if they want to enter labour market). the training will be focused on these competences:
1- public speaking skills (how to talk clearly and convince people) so it is strongly linked to body language control and proper usage of it to talk in front of people
2 - problem solving skills
3 - team work skills
