UNITI NELLA DIVERSITA'

It is a project already approved by the European Program " Europe for Citizens". The Project aims to combat stigmatization of "migrants" and to build counter narratives to foster intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding.
The Project, through seminars, workshops and sports games, fits in these initiatives to improve multiethnic dialogue and to broaden full participation in civic and social life of nationals of non-EU Countries.
The Project seeks to share concrete and practical examples of cultural expression that prevail over societal prejudice.
The Project's goals are the exchange of best practices (benchmarking) and tools for social and professional inclusion of migrants, and the strengthening cooperation between the Partners.
The activity programme include: Three meetings will be hold during the week and one big sport event (see in annex the daily programme).
Through the three meetings: we will present, share and reflect on the best practices (benchmarking) adopted by our own communities regarding, as mentioned above, the large theme of the inclusion of migrants.
The task of partners is to collect information regarding all the activities that its community, town, Country is conducting in this context. E.g. you can present us associations working in your territory, you can organize a role-play concerning the theme above mentioned, or coordinate guided discussions.
Through the sport event we organize the European Games, where partner delegation will challenge. The Program foreseen cultural trips and animated evenings from traditional dinners and parties
PARTICIPANTS REQUESTED: the maximum number of participants per partner group are 20.
AGE: from 13 years old, to not limits age
ACCOMODATION: in families located in the beautiful town of Manerba del Garda on Garda lake, or in the lovely city of Bedizzole.
COSTS: accommodation, food and local travel will be paid by the project. The participants have only to pay for their international trip.
