UE enogastronomic project: the "UE food and beverage"

SYNTHETIC DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

The "UE food and beverage" project comes from the analysis of the following problems:
1- Hunger in the world.
2- Poor diffusion of correct food education in the richest countries.
3- Poor enogastronomic intercultural exchange at European level.

Thus, I developed the idea of an enogastronomic exchange at European level which occurs thanks to a multilingual website ("UFAB"), That has the purpose to collect the recipes of traditional European dishes and drinks, as well as new gastronomic proposals, which are all available online for the connected users.
These users will have the chance to help national and international associations, and NGOs, which work everyday against world hunger, and that teach the topic of correct food education.
The donations' proportion will vary between small, medium and large size.
Furthermore it will be possible to buy and sell fair trade products, and part of the revenue will be donated to some third world's countries.
In conclusion, the website allows the following operations:

- Free registration.
- enogastronomic cultural exchange.
- communication through a chat community.
- Publication of EU's receipts, dishes and beverages.
- searching of European traditional food and recipes' history.
- studying, deepening and widespreading food education topics.
- fair trade whose revenue will help third world's countries.

It also aims to:
-rise awareness about hunger in the world through information and donations.
-rise awareness about the problem of obesity through information and donations.
