Uberization of Labor (New approach to employment)

The impact of Uber on labor and employment has been increasing rapidly in recent years. The rapid development of the digital world also serves the uberizing labor sector. However, this rapidly growing industry brings with it many problems.
The data obtained show that the überized labor sector reveals labor exploitation and weaknesses in the field of social security. The aim of the project is to create literature about these shortcomings and produce solutions. It is aimed to consciously spread the newly created employment area. At the end of the project, it is aimed to create some awareness among the participants, partner institutions, and stakeholders. These awarenesses are as follows:
+ Learning about labor
uberization, increasing the literature in this field, + Gaining knowledge and raising awareness about labor exploitation,
+ Learning the importance of social security and its place in business life,
+ Ensuring conscious participation in new employment opportunities,
+ Project experience for participants to gain intercultural working and establishing friendships,
+ Expressing oneself in a foreign language, exchanging ideas,
+ Getting to know Turkish culture and other cultures. The outputs obtained as a result of the mentioned objectives will be the success of the project.
