TWO trainings for youth workers in Bulgaria

NCYIIYM is planning to apply with TWO separate projects: two trainings for YOUTH WORKERS
as follows:

PROJECT 1 - Topic: Active participation of young people in society - how to better support it through youth work?
It will focus on methods/instruments to activate young people in understanding and taking part in citizen participation and political understanding (meaning structured dialogue, political awareness, participation in democratic process at local and/or other level etc.).

PROJECT 2 - Topic: Work with young people NEET and unemployed - discovering new methods, good practices and tools for helping those target groups in career development and gaining new skills and knowledge needed for their future and professional development etc.

Each of the trainings will be implemented at the Bulgarian seaside (Burgas or close resort/city).

We would like to involve 7-8 partners from Programme countries; each partner group should be composed by not more than 3-4 participants.
The duration of each training will be 7 or 8 activity days.

The implementation period depends very much on the COVID situation - if both projects are approved, we would like to implement one of the trainings in September or October 2021 and another one in spring or summer 2022 but depending on the situation and on the opinion of the partners, we can move the activities.

In case your organization is interested to become a partner in one or in both projects, please send us a brief presentation of your organization (history; regular activities; experience in Erasmus+ Actions etc.) and indicate in which project you would like to become a partner.

PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT THIS IS NOT A YOUTH EXCHANGE AND YOUR ORGANIZATION MUST BE INVOLVED IN YOUTH WORK AND HAVING ACTIVE YOUTH WORKERS TO SEND TO THESE EVENTS!

We will apply at the 11 of May deadline so we need as soon as possible to organize a solid and motivated partnership.
