Troia 2018

Our city is equipped with a mission of tolerance and sharing which are all the inhabitants have and outreach beside all the riches of the past such as history, archeology, mythology, ceramics. Our city, known as "City of Peace" in national and international arena, treats "Peace" as a life culture.
The year 2018 has been declared as "TROIA YEAR". Troia, one of the most famous ancient cities in the world, has been in the Unesco World Heritage List since 1998, where cultural and natural assets with universal values, tributes, and preserved values are recognized as common heritage of all humanity. Troia Town, which has witnessed thousands of years of time and has been home to different civilizations and is one of the most important values of human history and world culture, gives its name to our project with its culture and legend.

In this youth exchange, our objective is invite young people from different countries to our city and talk with them about culture, peace, tolerance and history. To maket hem aware about importance of youth to build peace around the World.
