Transnational mobility as an instrument for activation of disadvantaged NEET youth.

The Department of European Social Fund Management in Polish Ministry of Infrastructure and Development announces competition under the Operational Programme Knowledge, Education, Development. 77 288 600 PLN will be allocated for the partnerships to finance new mobility project involving the NEET youth (18-35 yo).

“Transnational mobility as a n instrument for activation of disadvantaged NEET youth”

The International Mobility programmes focus on professional activation of NEET youth at the age of 18-35.
Project total duration: maximum of 24 months.
The project participants stay and work abroad duration: 60 - 180 days.
The number of project participants: 8 – 12.
The partners’ own contribution in the project: financial and no-financial – 3%.

The project should include for stages:
1. The participants’ recruitment;
2. The participants’ psychological, linguistic and cultural preparation;
3. The participants’ stay and work abroad (work placement/training) ;
4. The supporting and activating activities the participants after their come back to Poland.

The role of the international partner:
- to enable project participants working/training in his institution,
- to take care of each project participant and support them,
- to keep close contact with project participants,
- to monitor and document participants’ stay,
- to provide participants with psychological and emotional support,
- to provide participants with a mentor who will be constantly in touch with them, taking care of them and support each other (The mentor’s salary is also funded for the project allocation – it vary between individual countries from 167 to 309 PLN/day).
All the funds for partner per day vary between individual countries from 986 PLN/day to 302PLN/day)

All the cost will be called to account as a lump sum.
