Training and Networking
This project can include young people with fewer opportunities like
  • Social obstacles
  • Economic obstacles
  • Educational difficulties
  • Geographical obstacles
The project targets young people and youth workers who face fewer opportunities due to economic, social, educational, and geographical barriers. This includes young people from low-income backgrounds, rural or remote areas, migrant or refugee backgrounds, and those with limited access to quality learning opportunities. Youth workers supporting these groups are also part of the target group, as strengthening their capacities directly benefits the young people they work with. Type of Support Needed Participants may require several types of support to ensure equal access and meaningful participation in the project. These include: – Financial support to cover travel, accommodation, and participation costs – Educational and learning support through adapted non-formal learning methods – Language support, including simplified materials and peer assistance where needed – Mentoring and guidance from group leaders and facilitators – Emotional and social support to ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment – Flexible learning approaches to respond to different learning needs and backgrounds These support measures will help ensure that all participants, regardless of their background, can fully engage in the project and benefit from the learning process.
