Within the scope of the project, we aim to develop outdoor skills and how to work with young people using somatic methodology as well as nature elements. I

Aim:
To improve the knowledge of youth workers about elements of nature and how to use nature as an instrument in youth work.
To provide youth workers with the experience of connection with nature through somatic principles, promoting curiosity and openness towards nature, as well as to give youth workers the opportunity to create their first activities during the training course.
To raise awareness about emotional wellbeing.
Methadology:
Somatic methodology and movement;
Nature elements and permaculture of body and nature;
Outdoor challenges;
Principles of mindfulness;
Embodiment;
Nature as inspiration;
Curiosity;
Learn by doing principles;
Sustainable living.
