Transcultural Youth Leadership

KA205: Asociación Estratégica en el ámbito de la Juventud Srategic Partnership in the field of education, training and youth.
Organisation: Fundación Más Vida. Zaragoza. Spain.

Objective: To promote the cross-cultural leadership of the youth population in the peripheral and rural areas, in values such as solidarity and multiculturalism.

Population: Educators / Trainers of Leisure Time Centers and Houses of Youth, of the peripheral and rural districts of the municipalities.

Activities:
1. Elaboration of a mobile application on coexistence and cross-cultural leadership aimed at young people.
2. Campaign in the press and virtual media (social networks).
3. Workshops on work methodology for the promotion of leadership and social skills, cultural exchange, critical thinking and community interaction, aimed at educators / trainers working with young people. 4. Exchange of experience among the educators / trainers participating in the workshops.
5. Elaboration of a working tool on transcultural leadership in virtual format (E-book).
6. Evaluation.
