Training for the exchange of ideas, knowledge and experience in working with young people with fewer opportunities.
The goal is to establish a training program that will allow participants, organizations that work with young people with fewer opportunities, to share ideas, knowledge and experience in working with young people in the area of social inclusion, intercultural education and European citizenship.
Training is held in the beautiful surroundings of the City of Rijeka on the Adriatic coast.
We wish to enable learning together for ten organizations from 5 countries (Croatian, Slovenia, Italy, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia), which offers the most innovative activities, methods and forms of work with young people with fewer opportunities in their application for partnership.
Form of work will allow each organization to design one day training in the form of presentations, formal and informal learning (through games and other tools, workshops, group and individual work, personal and experiential work) convey their experiences, knowledge and best practices to other participants.
All applicants must have experience in working with young people with fewer opportunities in the field less opportunities of:
education
economy
social rights
culture
spacific rural and urban areas
Also all of applicants in their work must have experience in social inclusion, non-discrimination and non-marginalization.
