Training course for specialists who work with youth in gaining independence process. means support youngsters who leave care facilities, have no family support

Training course is dedicated to specialists who work with youth in gaining independence process. (independence process that means support youngsters who leave care facilities, who have no family support and need support in their social, education and work integration process). Course will cover the topic of mechanism, ways od become independent formal and non formal support to youngsters. Best practices from different countries. Training will take place in Poland at mountain region.
For this activity we are looking for organized groups of 5 persons (with no age limit); group liders should have at least 1 year of experience in the topic.
The main goal of the training is to gain skills and experience exchange in the field of gaining independence process. The role of NGO in covering public activities. Specialists will lead workshops on :
• building and developing communication and interpersonal skills,
• the acquisition of knowledge and experience of support youngsters in their independence process,
• Sharing best practices, tools and innovations in the process of independence.
• Role of NGOs in the independence process
The participant are both trainees and mentors, so they should prepare workshops or other activities giving opportunity to share experience. All the activities will be discussed and analyzed with participants during the course. We are not interested in cooperation with organizations taking fee from participants.
