This training course is an opportunity to reflect on youth work practices, highlight effective methods, and improve youth participation in Erasmus+ projects.
We are excited to invite youth workers to apply for the international training course “Fostering Quality Youth Participation” taking place in Struga, North Macedonia. This 6-day training course is designed to strengthen the capacities of youth professionals in promoting meaningful youth participation, democratic values, and environmental sustainability, through innovative, interactive, and digital approaches.
About the Project:
This training course offers an opportunity to reflect on youth work practices, highlight effective methods, and prevent ineffective approaches in Erasmus+ youth participation projects. It will help youth workers deepen their understanding of meaningful youth participation and the factors that sustain it in democratic societies. Aligning with EU goals, the course emphasizes promoting democratic values, active citizenship, and inclusivity in youth work, supporting the EU's vision of a united, sustainable, and resilient Europe where young people play a key role in shaping the future.
Participants will:
-Connect with peers from across Europe and beyond.
-Explore interactive methods for encouraging youth engagement.
-Learn digital tools to enhance sustainability in youth work.
-Engage in intercultural dialogue and build networks.
